Description :

Role & Resposibilities:
  • To deliver the budgeted revenue and DSO targets in region.
  • Understanding the Business scenario, system and process of LEAP.
  • Identification and development of new opportunities for major accounts by effective prospecting, understanding customer needs and current alternatives, qualifying opportunities; presenting solutions and closing new business opportunities by converting to LEAP solutions 
  • Assessing and understanding the relevant markets/segments; and converting the knowledge to viable business plans
  • Introduction to new clientele the opportunities offered by the LEAP Services and quantification of customer benefits 
  • Key account management processes for Special Projects & assigned Customers 
  • Active lead of pilot and trials at customers, and the introduction of LEAP services to new customers and ensure LEAP service is always successful. 
  • Resolving LEAP issues at assigned accounts in the region 
  • Using agreed LEAP processes and standard tools in managing sales and customers issues 
  • Establish LEAP as the preferred service provider of returnable and reusable packaging solutions in the region 
  • Forecasting sales for budget and planning 
  • Collect market intelligence of competitive products and competitors that may be a threat to LEAP 
  • Representing LEAP at seminars and industry functions in the region to promote LEAP solutions 
  • Reporting and monitoring sales pipeline 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

BE/B. Tech / MBA

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point
  • Team player & a strong individual contributor
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Industry preference: 3PL, Packaging, Warehousing, Supply Chain
