Role and Responsibilities:
- Driving customer engagement with all accounts in the northern region being based at West/North.
- Drive market development and enhance market share and Share of supply chain business in his region
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution
- (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
- Studying the Manufacturing/industrial/Warehouse/Distribution Centers belt in the region and identify customers accordingly, share business presentations engage in supply chain study, conduct trials etc
- Driving execution of various initiatives through alignment of the sales operations and managing the Key Account Executives
- Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with regional chain accounts HQ in the area.
- Execution of all National and Regional Agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
MBA from a reputed Business School
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point
